As a Senator or HON Circle member and every time your status is extended, you receive two upgrade vouchers, which will be credited electronically. These eVouchers are valid for 24 months and can be used for an upgrade to a higher travel class. You can redeem your eVoucher online, via your Miles & More Service Centre or simply at the airport.
